I've been drinking this instead of my coffee in the morning, and it's been a great add-on to my routine. I get the electrolytes I need, and a little boost, all in one! Apparently there are a bunch of additional ingredients in here as well, I'm not sure if I feel any different from them, but I like the fact that I get a little added multivitamin every morning as well. Similar products seem to have common ingredients/ vitamin/ supplements, but after shopping quite a bit I think this is the one that has the best balance, and value. Also tastes great, which is important LOL. If you're on the fence about this, I can't see any way you can go wrong.

Helps with my headaches. Tastes good. I walk daily so I don't do tough workouts. I give to my son who plays golf and basketball. Helps replenish what he sweats out and never has cramps.

Pros: The balance of electrolytes and caffeine (120mg) is what I'm looking for in a pre workout powder. Any more than 120 mg is unnecessary for anyone that hasn't lost their sensitivity due to using 200-300 mg in other products. The taste isn't really delicious, but I don't put too much importance in taste as long as it's innocuous. There is 45% of the RDA of zinc, which is beneficial if you want to use this as a zinc supplement. But if you're already taking it be mindful that this has almost half of your daily zinc needs. Cons: Some may not find the taste to be sweet enough. But it is stevia rather than sucralose or sugar alcohols which have been linked to various health risks. It has BCAAs on the ingredients list, but only 500 mg. How much is that going to do when the average dose is several grams up to 20? Overall, 90 servings per container is a good value, sweetened with stevia, maybe a little label embellishment with 1/2 g of BCAAs.

Everything is great about this electrolyte power, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the taste. It didnt taste bad, but I have had others that tasted much better. Seems to be great quality and leaves me feeling like I am retaining more water. The powder mixes pretty well but foams up a lot when shaken. Overall, great value for the money.

Eating a Proper Human Diet in the form of Keto, electrolytes are a must. That said, as you go down the rabbit hole of electrolytes, you’ll quickly find most are lacking. Personally I shop for ingredients as well as value. (Who doesn’t love a deal?!) I’ve tried many, many brands over the years and some are great, most are lacking. (I’ve even made my own) One commonality is price: they’re all mostly expensive. I realize ingredients set the price threshold so finding this brand in the flavor I wanted (green apple) in a price I was willing to pay, was a pleasant surprise! I made the drink according to the directions and found it too strong. I was excited for this as I can get more servings per container, lowering the price I paid.== better deal! Win! The flavor is exactly what I expected: a mix of sour green apple and sweetness. I now dilute one scoop in a 30 ounce bottle and find the flavor is still there. (I’ve lowered my “sweetness threshold” over the years so most drinks are now too sweet for me) I’m delighted with not only this flavor, but the price was within my budget. I’m hoping the company can keep the price low so I can be a repeat customer. Green apple is one of my favorite flavors (many companies don’t offer this flavor) and with summer around the corner this flavor will be very refreshing on a hot day. I highly recommend this brand and flavor. Again, I caution that I find it a tad sweet but adding a little more water fixes this without diluting flavor!

Doesn’t seem to give me the pep I was looking for, even though it’s got caffeine. Taste ain’t bad, but it’s not the best either.

I like the taste. Dissolves easily. I believe it gives me some extra hydration as well as a little extra energy.

Really enjoy this Hydration mix for my daily routine. I’ve tried the Lemon and Watermelon flavors and I’d stick to the Watermelon. It does you give you a good energy boost, so I don’t recommend drinking it too late in the day. I take a couple medications the dehydrate me and would sometimes get cramps. When I make sure to have a couple glasses of this mix a day, I don’t get the cramps.
