Smiffys Cowgirl Sweetie Costume, Blue, S - 4-6 years

I bought the medium size for a tall 7 year old and it fits fine. She needs it for a line dancing display next week and nearly burst with excitement when she saw it. The hat is robust and stays on when she dances but has not got elastic. The shirt and skirt are all one thin dress and ours looked a darker blue skirt rather than denim and was a bit creased up, but ironed fine (gently under Ttowel) and perfect for the purpose. It pulls on over the head which is great for dressing up, the pockets are even usable. The belt fastens with velcro, so easy to fasten herself and makes the dress look more substantial in a clever way. The cow waistcoat is just flimsy nylon or something but looks surprisingly good. Clearly the boots are not included but we didn't realise the neckerchief would come with it. This also fastens with velcro, so no fiddling to get it off and it looks good (it did fall off when she flung in some ad lib fast barn dance swings but not sure how well she put it on). I went for standard delivery and it was here in a couple of working days. Overall she is so over the moon with it, especially the hat, that the hugs are worth the money alone (!) and it is the first time I have felt something was such good value for money at under £10 that I have written a review.

After reading the reviews, I bought this costume in the small size for my 4.5 year old for her nativity play. She absolutely loved it and it looks very good on her indeed.The dress is made of slightly shiny material and is generously made, so I can see my daughter fitting in it for a long time. It comes with a detachable velcro fastening belt, a vest, scarf (velcro fastened too) and a hat. The hat is very good quality and looks authentic. The vest, belt and scarf have a cheaper feel to them, but then again you get a lot for your money with this outfit. Looks just right on a little girl!An added bonus is that it comes well packaged in a plastic envelop with clip fastening which is perfect for storing the whole outfit together.

It is a thin material product. But for my kids school Western day where she would only where it once its perfect! Neck tie belt and hat stayed on, sturdy outfit, not see through. It was perfect for the money. And highly recommend it

I bought two size small outfits for my 3 1/2 year old twin girls and they loved them. The fit was good if a little large, so will last. The material is not the best quality, but for the price is fine. The hat was a good size & good quality
