I don't drink caffeine in any form. So I have been using this ginseng for almost a year now, and it is great substitute in terms of providing the necessary level of energy without sudden tiredness that one may get with coffee. The powder mixes up really well and has a slightly earthy flavour, which I really like. I take a small teaspoon everyday with hot water.

Keeps you awake with sharp focus and clear and calm mind. Better than coffee as there is no crash or agitation.

I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the taste it's horrible, I tried it in food and drink and nothing made it any better I even mixed it in with some honey so in the end I decided to buy some empty capsules to fill myself and I've been taking 1 a day (approximately 1tsp as they are big capsules size 00) for a week and I've noticed a huge change in how I'm sleeping at night. Before it could take me anywhere between 1-3 hours to properly fall asleep and I was very irritable during the night waking frequently but after about day 3 of taking this every morning I've been falling asleep within about 30 minutes and sleeping so well I've woken with lots of energy that's continued during the day without needing something to perk me up like coffee or something sweet for a sugar rush. I'm more alert and I've had no unwanted side effects either I'm just over all more rested and energised than I've been in 10 years. Now I'm not old or anything I'm 31 but I feel like a teenager again with my energy levels it's been fantastic and even my kids have noticed (my eldest being 10 years old)

As far as I know Panax/Korean Red gingseng is the best.

To avoid coffee stimulants, I often take sibrean ginsing.I ran out of Siberian ginsing and thought I would give Red Koren ginsing ago. I genuinely can say that this product helped keep my energy levels and clear think up all day. I am in my mid 40's, Intermittent fast and have a very mental and phycially demanding job (working with children with complex needs). I would recommed this product to anyone that wants an engery boost that live a highly demanding work/home lifestyle.
