Fellowes CD DVD Lens Cleaner

My cd player out of the blue stopped playing my CDs. The cd would spin but a track would never be found.This product was bought to fix the possibility of a dirty cd player lens. It did fix the problem in one play.

The cleaning seems to have worked well but I tried the disc again and it was not recognised. Is it supposed to only work once?

I found this CD/DVD Lens Cleaner to be the ideal solution for cleaning the lens of my ToshibaHDD & DVD Video Player-Recorder. It is a simple insert and play disc with two brushes thatde-fluff or dust the lens.I find that it works just as well on my PC tower and allows me to play my CD's dust free on mycomputer.Previous purchases of other brand CD/DVD lens cleaners have often proved bothersome withmany tracks for all kinds of functions. If you simply wish a quick clean then this product from Fellowes fits the bill.

Unfortunately the disk did not work for me as I fear that there is a more serious problems with my cd player. Still it was worth a try and at a reasonable price I feel. Because of what I assume is a laser issue with my cd player, this disc would not even start playing.

I've used this a few times now, I had an old cd player that had been in storage for years, it wouldn't play a disc and would keep spitting it out of the door, after one go with this it worked perfect. I also used it on my dvd player when I was having trouble with playback, again it was brilliant. So glad I have it.

Liked everything, easy to use

Very effective for a dvd player but not so good for a CD player. I think there is a fault with the cd player.

We had a DVD disc that was unblemished , but would not play on the DVD machine. The machine has started to freeze on several other DVDs. I ordered the Fellows based on the other reviews. It arrived at 1430, read the instructions ,played it on the DVD player, held my breath loaded up the errant DVD, and Wam Bam thank you Mam'. DVD disc played straight away, all by 1445.Nice one Fellowes.Andy G.Just an update for you all. Several other DVD'S played without any problems.

anni fa usavo un cd simile per pulire la lente dei lettori cd.. ora ho trovato su amazon questo prodotto ad un prezzo a mio avviso 'onesto'.. fa il suo lavoro se la lente non è troppo malridotta (se è troppo sporca probabilmente non riuscirà nemmeno a leggere il cd e non può partire la procedura di pulizia..)

Es gibt nichts zu mägern , bin echt zu frieden und gebe daher auch gleich 5 Sterne.

Quand j'ai commandé ce produit, j'étais sceptique.Après avoir fait un dépoussiérage qui avait amélioré quelque peu les choses, je passe le disque nettoyant dans mon lecteur CD, et, oh miracle , mes disques passent sans sauter!!La lentille LASER a été bien nettoyée! en 22 secondes chrono !!!Les deux petites brossettes ont fait leur travail

I made the mistake of ordering this CD lens cleaner, without having checked to see where the lens is located in my boom box. Unfortunately, the tiny brush on the cleaner CD does not reach to where the lens is positioned. However, in case there were to be a problem with the CD/DVD drive of my PC, I would be able to make use of the cleaner CD.

prodotto buono già di mia conoscenza perchè utilizzato in precedenza anni fa per questo ho cercato su amazon lo stesso prodotto anzi a differenza del primo cd in mio possesso che aveva due fasi (2 tracce) di pulizia e impiegava circa venti minuti questo è molto veloce con un'unica fase di pulizia di circa 22 secondi.
