Sadly the bat was not working I requested a replacement and then withing few hours I received a call by ALLIN Exporters Customer service and without questions or hassles they told me they will send a new one.they delivered it thru bluedart express within 24 hours. Doesn’t work even the replacement didn’t function at all. It gets charged the lights are functioning but doesn’t kill the mosquitoes. Very bad experience. I wish they take it back and see for themselves what’s wrong with the product

Initially for 1 month it was good. Thereafter it starts giving fake sounds if u move around th3 badminton..does not do the needful. 2 star for one month. Otherwise a very poor product at high prices.
