It wont let me put my ebt order n..it keeps telling me its not ebt eligible and all my order is ebt eligiable

This product is sold and shipped by Amazon. It will not accept EBT for payment for me as well, says that it is not an eligible item when it clearly should be. Time to make a phone call... Oh, Amazon.

Will this ship over seas?

If you get it at all .. I'd suggest finding a more reliable seller. I had this seller to charge me for a case that never has been delivered. It even shows nothing about having ever been delivered
