I knew my 12-lb Siamese cat would love one of these, but which one would be large enough? It's very hard to tell from the photos how large the opening is, and most arches seemed to be designed for kittens or small cats. So I want to tell you that this one is 10-1/2 inches from the carpeting to the bottom of the top bristles, and 7 inches between insides of the arch, which gives Misty plenty of room. The product is very sturdy, and it's very easy to just snap the metal ends of the arch into the carpeted base. They do not move, despite quite a bit of rubbing against it and having other toys tugging on the bristles. And it has not tipped over. From where I sit, it's definitely a hit and worth the money.

My kitties love the arched self-groomer although it has a tendency to move around when they use it. It doesn't have any way for it to make it stay put, so I anchor it with a chair leg. The little floating butterfly is a great addition although I wish I could buy replacement butterflies as this one has already gotten pretty beat up.

It's a great product but my cat wouldn't touch it. She's too old to teach her to go through it.

The plastic nuts that hold the arch in place are poor quality. After one day one doesn't hold the arch well because it's stripped. The cats are okay with it for now, but I'm very disappointed.

My 13 year old cat loves it - even before I sprinkled catnip on it. The cat actually uses the pluck carpet it has at the base. Stays in-place. Easy to assemble (its 2 pieces). When the time comes to replace it, I'll definitely be buying this again! :)

We chose this product because the brush was supposed to lock in. With in a couple of hours the brush fell out and the locking mechanism came apart totally. Very disappointed and sending it back. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

All of a sudden my cat started flopping herself down in front of the broom or attacking it every time I would go to sweep something. At first, I would kind of play with her by pushing her across the floor but then I'd have to run her off because she wouldn't leave it alone and make a bigger mess of what I was trying to sweep up. She loves to be brushed, too but she never sits still long enough to let me brush her properly. I was going to get her some of those corner groomers but I really don't want to have to mount something on the wall or door frame. I saw this and thought it would be a better solution. Plus it has bristles that are more like her beloved broom. At first she wouldn't even approach it but a little catnip took care of that. Now it's her favorite thing. She flops and rubs on it to her hearts content. She still comes running when I take the broom out but at least now I don't feel bad for running her off so I can sweep.

I had one of these before and the ends kept popping out but this allowed you to screw them in place. My new kitty doesn't know how to use it yet but hopefully she'll love it soon
