I did need the small which I got, the medium would have been too loose buy with the small was an inch longer where it goes around the top

First off - I was sent the $18 knee brace, not the $34 one and the one that I got was definitely used.Aside from that, I decided to give it a try. Initially it seemed to fit with the exception that the hole for my knee cap was smaller than my knee cap. I wore it for 2 or 3 hours and during that time it wouldn't stay in place. It seemed to give decent support only when my leg was bent, when straight there was virtually no support in the area around the knee cap. I returned it and ordered a different brand.

This was ideal for my large knee area. I could adjust without it rolling over or cutting into leg. Doesn't slide down like others. I could wear this all day where the elastic braces were uncomfortable after many hours.

This brace is very comfortable easy to put on.

I am waiting for knee replacement surgery due to osteoarthritis. Additionally, I have torn meniscus. This brace gave me some relief from the torn meniscus and was especially helpful in stabilizing my name, when climbing upstairs.

I was hopeful this would be a good support. It rolled down, had little to no support.
