I finally had a bout of leg cramps last night after having this product sitting on my nightstand for several weeks. Ah hah! I crowed as my right toes curled painfully. I opened the bottle and took a small swig. BLAHHHHH! It's like taking a sip of syrupy vinegar. But before I had stopped gagging, my toes had straightened out and the cramp was gone. In seconds. As you probably know, cramps come in waves. My right thigh was next, and I guess my single small sip wasn't enough to prevent it. So I took another, and it faded. My left thigh was more determined. It started before the right had eased off and it persisted, the muscles rippling painfully. I waited another minute, then took one more small sip along with putting pressure on the muscle. It took another two minutes, but that cramp also gave up, and no more formed. Normally I have to get up, put my weight on the limp, unbend at the hip which is excruciating with a cramp in the upper thigh, and walk around. Last time it happened I was in tears before the pain subsided enough for me to get back in bed. I've never tried plain apple cider vinegar, but have homeopathic leg cramp pills that can help. This stuff is way beyond that. This stuff is amazing. One star off because it tastes so bad -- I mean, my first thought was "is the idea to distract me from the cramp? Because that's going to work" -- and because it left me with an unpleasant feeling in my stomach, even after I washed it down with water. Next time I'm diluting it.

Horrible taste! Taste mostly of vinegar! I did not know it also has critic acid which I am not suppose to take. I may have to return .

I bought this twice once for me and another time for my friend. I was suffering from cramps so much and use to feel so uncomfortable as it suddenly would catch at unusual timings.
