Awful texture
The product was of good quality, however I hated the texture, it felt, looked and tasted texture wise like a condom. I actually threw up after trying to eat it. Obviously people like them, just not for me. Oh well at least I tried. I gave them to my Vietnamese friend who was happy with them.

Good
Is exactly how I expected. But you need to move quickly when you handle.

Super for dishes
Easy to use. Simply soften in large dish eith water and ready to wrap your chosen foods

Larger than other wrappers
These worked really well, in part because they're slightly larger and so easier to fold & as a result you end up with more filling (omelette, vegetables and herbs) and flavour. They worked well with a simple hoisin sauce, making a surprisingly robust finger food.

cannot be fried or boiled
Son spent hours prepareing lovely tasting fillings. If you fry it deep or shallow (we tried both) the insides turn to goo, reminds me of glue paste. The outside bubbles and tastes awful. We then tried to steam some and boil some, same thing, turned to goo inside like a snotty glue paste. We then tried to oven bake. No glue goo but rock hard in aareas and chewy in others and inedible. After literally hours of preparing and flavouring meats, veg etc, all the time and expense of the ingredients was wasted. No matter what we did with them. We tried one without doing anything and it was not great. Perhaps the failure of these items was down to our lack of experience with this particular type of wrap. However, we tried every possible way of using it and it was incredibly unpleasant. How this has such high scores I have no idea. Unless, as I say, we used them wrong, though as we used them in every way we could think of, I think perhaps it was the item itself. Tip to whomever does the packaging, perhaps a couple lines of instructions may help if the fault is our end.
