It functions completely as described. Well within affordability. Software is a little bulky, but oh well.

Overall we were pleased with these force gauges. A few minor quibbles with the height gauge mount, but generally they have worked well. After 6 months, one is completely dead. We use these very infrequently in a lab setting, so they haven't been mistreated. I can't find a website for Mxmoonfree, but I hope their customer service can see this review and are willing to help.

1) This product saved me a lot of money. The function is comparable to similar testers marketed for thousands of dollars. 2) The measurement is accurate, and the data can be streamed to the computer directly. 3) Great after-sale support. However, you may want to avoid the problem I had: After the product arrives, the first problem is the manual has an outdated link for the software. I emailed the support, and the rep sent me the correct file with a detailed instruction video. Problem solved. The second problem is that I overtightened the rod (see picture). Now the clamp can't be removed to use with other accessories. I contacted them again, and they FedExed two extra rods to me. A superb product with superb support!
