Well pleased, thank you
Some people seem to be finding it difficult to put this together, while others say it needs two people. It does look like a lot of parts in the box. Get them out and separate the barrel parts first; it is easy to put together, but is a little flimsy till the side piece of the barrel is pressed on. I did this on my own. Take your time, and you will have a solid garden composter when it is all together. Spins very well, looks good, and is very sturdy.

Great but no spare parts available
Seems really good so far. Well made and I'm sure will produce great compost. One niggle. We lost one small part in the garden. On enquiry there are no spare parts available which is a shame. It's a reasonable investment and expected to last a long time out of doors and one would hope spare parts could be obtained. Otherwise great!

2 individual compartments make this easier to turn.
This was easy to set up and seems to be very sturdy. I am glad that I chose this one as the 2 individual compartments make it easier to turn. One compartment is currently about half full and will be heavy by the time it is full. Despite the cold weather the contents have started to break down and I feel confident that I will have homemade compost to enrich my garden in the spring.

Awful to construct
I don't know if I have a duff one but one side clipped together ok (although a bit of a bugger to do) but the other side keeps unclipped.

Excellent piece of kit.
Very satisfied although we haven’t produced any compost yet. It was easy to assemble and appears to be quite robust and doesn’t take up too much space in the garden. The fact that the bins can be rotated is a big plus.

Horrible experience
I love the idea of these composters, but it’s been a horrible experience so far. I started to put it together, but when I started the second barrel, I found that one of the A panels had a flaw in the plastic, which prevented it from slotting into place correctly. As a result, it wouldn’t connect to the remaining panel. I look on Amazon for contacts and it directed me to Aosom for help. I contacted Aosom, but they said Amazon needed to deal with it. Amazon offered two solutions, return and refund, or return and replace. I’ve tried dismantling the first drum, but I can’t manage it (some bits are dismantling easily, other bits are stuck in place), so I can’t even return it in the original box. The Amazon return process is usually faultless, but this time around, there’s no QR code and I’ve been told to print out the return label - I don’t have access to a printer. I can’t offer it more than 1* as it’s not currently fit for purpose, and the build quality hasn’t been great so far. I have doubts how sturdy it will be once made up, but don’t think I’ll get the chance to find out for myself!

Looks Good & Sturdy
Took a while to figure out how to get the plastic panels to fit together despite the instructions. Looks good and seems sturdy. Perfect size and the right capacity for us. Two barrels which will help as we use one lot another lot will be brewing. Ultimately will do the job so overall happy with the product

Once assembled works well.
I (woman in her fifties) put this together alone in forty two minutes. Instructions are not much help. Assemble the six sides of each barrel (one is door) carefully- the trick is to examine the slotting mechanism and rotate the patterns for each panel. The brakes bit (green bits on legs) seem redundant and fiddly. Once assembled press body together firmly to check it is all together otherwise the doors do not open. Remember to prepare yourself a reward for finishing it without swearing. There are gloves in the package, honestly no idea why. But it comes with a free Phillips screwdriver so not complaining. Looks suspiciously like a hose pipe reel when assembled. Looks like it will fit a lot of food waste/compost in. Now how the heck do I get it out my living room and into the garden?!
