this is a good product and i am odaring 2nd time and very high bass and best quality and one more point in this product noice Cancelation In Perticular Budjet And Super Audio Quality And Best In Price Segment More Than Buds More Than best neckband inthis price segment

Looks very plastic-y and shiny so looks-wise its not that great but it lasts a long time and the sound quality is good so far. It is easy to use and not much lagging occurs given that it is wireless. Good product for good price.

Buttons NOT embossed above layer and tough to use
Worst product as the buttons are designed to be within layer of band surface. Bottons in electronic items especially in wireless nech bands must be embossed above the main body layer. Since buttons are not embossed above band layer, we gave difficulties in pressing while we drive or do other important works. Main purpose of using wireless headsets are to use for calls and music during drive. If we unable to easily press bottons them what's use of this neck band. Ptron being brand for 5+ yrs still selling this useless product fully not customer friendly.

“Latency issues + rare return window, but pickup failed with no retry”
Product ka design aur build theek hai—neckband halka hai, sound casual use ke liye sahi hai. Lekin gaming aur video playback mein latency noticeable hai. - Audio-video sync off ho jaata hai - Fast-paced games ke liye recommend nahi karunga Return experience thoda rare aur frustrating raha: - Seller normally return allow nahi karta, lekin 14 August ko sirf ek unit available thi—system ne rare return window unlock kiya - Maine item receive karte hi same din return initiate kiya - Pickup call miss ho gaya (meri taraf se galti thi), lekin uske baad system ne koi retry option nahi diya - Refund abhi bhi “Initiated” stage pe stuck hai - Product original condition mein tha—no damage, no tampering

I am writing this review after almost 1 year, I used so many bluetooth but this bluetooth is durable compare with other brand available in market. Now its not working but I used it for almost 1 year roughly this product and its worth it with this price range.
