It's quite good apart that there is no top opening and the base is flimsy the base should be more firm so it doesn't bend

Poor product design
What a shame, great access into carrier, good visibility from inside but none of this matters because the carrier is not ridged so folds in on the poor animal. No reinforcement to keep its shape. Cannot recommend.

Bought it for cat but not sturdy enough bag collapse under weight cat not heavy either

I’m really unsatisfied, uncomfortableit is not stiffened so my animal was suffocating as if in a bag

This is a good buy no regrets sturdy & cat fits well would only recommend for short journeys as it's not that big for her to turn around only good for vets or cattery locally🙂

Doesn’t keep the shape
Size is within measurements however more suitable for cats and very small dogs.Price is good but product is not the best. The bottom needs additional support and the bag doesn’t keep the shape.
