I absolutely love the make, design and the quality that the company has provided. You can truly see the thought and intention in making this product a success. Making milk tea with tea leaves and ginger has never been this simple. It’s like making tea on a stove but in this case its in an electric kettle. The company has gone into minute details like providing a silicon cover where the power cord attaches to the kettle so that water by mistake doesn’t seep into it while pouring out the beverage. I love the fact that the kettle has the wire on the side and not at the bottom like most electric kettles in the market. I only use it for making milk tea though it can be used for making a lot more other things.I wish the company comes out with a bigger size of 1.5 litre. As in India making milk tea is so common and everybody wants a kettle in which you can make tea for the entire family in one go. In this you would be able to make one big cup plus one quarter cup of tea.

Usefull for milk also

Bought it a couple weeks back and have been using it every day, mainly for making tea. It definitely looks good and the tea infuser and spoon are useful, but it isn't as practical as I hoped. Some design issues:1. The wire is really short, making it inconvenient if your plug points are not located in a suitable place.2. The touch interface is a bit finicky and sometimes doesn't register.3. Because it doesn't have a spout, liquids may spill when pouring.4. A few times, it just shuts off before the water has boiled, with a -- indicator in the temperature display.

Compact. The capacitive touch is a life saver. Decent package for the price.The cord length could have been a little longer, other than that product is pretty good.

Product stopped functioning properly within a months time. Seller willing to rectify the product as it is a defect but I have to send it to Mumbai on my expense to them for repairing

Nothing to like about this product. This product violates all ethics of product design. Water on a stove would boil faster than this kettle, comes with a tiny connecting wire so that you can stand and hold the kettle while it's connected and heating. The lid is shaky and comes off easily and the liquid inside spills off easily. There is no on/off button, so you will have to struggle pulling the connecting wire post heating. And the worst being it won't reach boiling point ever in life. So a customer has to stand and hold this kettle for 15 mins to heat the water till 84° and then the temperature starts dropping. 2 good things: comes with a slim spoon and just looks good from outside.

took it on international trips to ensure the kids could always have milk or porridge or soup. worked great.
