Perfect for what I needed. I insulated the interior roof of my van. Easy to use and VERY sticky. You will need to get it right first time.

Effective if you take some simple steps
Great product that works well if you take some simple steps:1) clean your panels with meths first and allow to dry2) warm you panels with a heat gun if installing on a cold / damp day3) as already mentioned in another review, take your time removing the backing plastic. it works better one way then the other. If you see the foam starting to pull off go from the other corner4) some foam will come off but the backing is so sticky it won’t matter

Good quality.Thick enough.A little bit of problems during installation as some of the surfaces bits lost adhesion.Overall it is a very good insulation .Much recommended.

Good quality and cheap.
I ran out of very expensive sticky backed insulation for my camper van build. I bought a roll of this to finish off and it is great. I wish I had used it from the start. Would buy again.

Adhesive peels off
The backing layer is so thin and weak that it splits when being peeled off, making it difficult to remove. It's a bit like working with cheap sticky tape that never peels off in one piece. You have to struggle to lift up the split edges to get the small bits off.Also, the adhesive layer often stays on the backing sheet and is peeled off, thus leaving areas without adhesive. Sometimes these can be quite big, and you can't put the adhesive back on the foam.

excelent product
I was a bit hesitant to buy going by other reviews but so glad I took the chance , I'm on my 4th van conversion and wish I'd found this on my first, it is amazing, easy to cut, the backing pealed off easily and being self adhesive was a game changer , the sound deadning is instantly noticable and heat insulation is sure to be excelent , I cant say enough , fantastic product, I will buy again.
