I don't get on well with old style curling tongs, got these to try, they are great, they curl well, you can't put too much hair in or it tangles, got it stuck a couple of times, I need more practice to get quicker as I'm not quick enough to do a full head yet

This product was described as easy to use! Can't read the instructions, even with a magnifying glass! Can't see how it works, ie getting hair into it - the design is so complex it appears impossible to use. Have asked my younger friends to look at it and it was agreed that it is useless Don't know how to return it so have wasted my money.

It's ok ...but battery life and charge isn't that good. Didn't finish the job. Takes forever to charge

I had high hopes for this hair curler but unfortunately was very disappointed with the unit.The instruction leaflet is badly translated and at times incomprehensible e.g. "The hair is inserted into the unknown involvement against the heating tube as shown in the figure". The text on the back of the box is also poor with many spelling errors, e.g "Step 3 - Rekease tge start bytton"Hair has to be inserted manually into the ​unit and wrapped around the central heating unit. My hair is just below shoulder length and I could not perform this task myself, even with help from my partner it was still not a simple operation.The resulting curl is more like an old fashioned ringlet, although the ringlets could be finger combed through to get a curly affect.I am concerned about the temperature levels as even the lowest setting of 150 degrees is rather too hot for fine / damaged hair.On the plus side it is nicely packaged and includes a USB cable.There may be a group of users who have long and thick hair who would benefit from this hair curler, but based on the above information I am afraid that I cannot recommend this unit.

It was so easy to figure out how to use it and makes amazing curls that would make your hair a masterpiece

Not easy to use and burnt my finger trying to use it, it is not what I expected, I think it is only for people with long hair and my hair is short, so not suitable for me
