Easy to fit with a bit of sand paper!
This is an amazing pickup. It is a little bit delicate, so you have to be careful fitting it to the bridge. The sound off it is a very good reproduction of my five string violin. It does what it says on the box! Awesome!!!! Yes

Very poor design
Pick up itself us really good but design of attachment is very poor . Broke within a week and split in half where lamination came apart. Then wouldn’t transmit when glued back together very poor design

Fantastic product
I bought this as a gift. The recipient is over the moon with it and would recommend it. The sound quality is good and it is easy to fit and change between instruments.

Natural sounding pickup.
Bought this for my 13 year old niece so she could experiment with loop pedal. Very happy with the sound. The violin sounds natural through pickup and very easy to attach. Loop pedal experimentation is ace!

Unreliable and breaks within a year
We bought two of these for a show. Used only. a few times before they both broke. Would not buy again. Cheap but crap.

You’re getting an amazing pickup for minimal cost
I installed this on a fiddle from around 1905 that I purchased when I was down in Australia. Installation was super easy, mine needed zero modifications, just slid it into a slot on the bridge. Visually pleasing as well. I’ve play 5 shows with it so far and have had no feedback issues, the sound is very good for a pickup, quite warm, minimal adjustment at FOH makes for a very natural sound. Running it through an LR Baggs would make it sound amazing. All around very very happy with it. I play fiddle for a country band full time and would recommend this pickup to everyone. Another fiddle player from Manitoba is who I saw use it initially and is why I bought it.

Definitely the best for the money
I've been using this on my bar-gig violin for a month or two with many different D.I.s, boards, etc etc. It's fantastic everywhere. Every sound guy loves it. Other musicians who usually HATE the sound of a pickup on a fiddle say they can "easily tolerate" this one and they're amazed at how cheap it is. I clamp it above the chinrest on the left side of the face.Fabulous sound quality, better than many far more expensive options. I've heard many pickups and the only one I like better is Alex Hargreaves mini-boom-mic pickup thing and last I checked it was 300$ plus so... yeah.
