This electrolyte drink is high in magnesium and potassium and low in sodium, which is great since so much for the food we consume has so much sodium. Also, the taste on every single flavor I have tried is wonderful and it mixes thoroughly with water.

I love the Ultima products mostly because they have limited ingredients and taste great. The watermelon flavor is so tasty. It is sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet. There is no chalky texture and I am able to mix this powder in with a spoon or straw. I drink this mainly before or after a workout to give an extra boost of energy. These electrolytes leave me feeling hydrated. The price is a little high but for the amount of product you get and the benefits you feel it’s totally worth it!
