It's boiled ham!
I was pretty much sure what to expect from this. It's beautiful, man. Tastes surprisingly unlike chicken, because it's made from some sort of pig. Don't use it like Jay did - just eat it.

Too thinly sliced and lacking in flavour.
It’s okay, but not really worth the money. Rather disappointing. Used it mainly in omelettes. Not as tasty as anticipated.
