How do you delete print jobs to this printer? It keeps printing the same shipping label over and over.

Maybe try disconnecting the BT and then power cycling the printer, then re-pair your device to it. You can also visit the History section and delete past projects individually from there, if you’re still having the duplicate prints.

Hey there! I have my printer set up to print from mynphone, however, it is only printing tiny labels even though i have it set as 4x6. Help?

There is an option where you can click for the label to be re-adjusted automatically to the printer setting (4x6)

Does this work with 4x6 UPS labels? Rollo doesn’t and gets stuck because of thickness.
