Defective product.
Update - Ordered another unit and received. It has the same issue. Seems all units are defective Seller should be responsible when you sending such products to the customers.This is the 4th product I'm going to return during Amazon prime promotion. Offering discounts Amazon shouldn't send defective products to the customers. Erase button not working. So what's the use of the product? Disappointed.

The pen is not attached to the board. Expect to lose the pen after a few days.

Different colours on the surface as if damaged..difficult to see what you write.some letters are bright and some dull. Return policy is not good and cant return easily
