Really good phone for the elderly. Nice big buttons and the screen is nice and bright.

It is often difficult for the person using this phone to hear what is being said. So no meaningful dialogue can be had. The person doesn't have hearing problems and this is whether it is on speaker is on or not

Arrived next day, very functional, easy for an older person to navigate, Simple to use, Clear and easy to read text and numbers.

This phone has a straight forward flip design . It also has a good weight and size to grip hold of without fear of dropping it as most of the modern makes today have a habit of doing , I'm in my ( very ) late 60s , I have myenesthisa gravis and glaucome both of which affect my grip and sight , This phone can be used hands' free with a more than credible distance and sound range . Very good also for younger people who for some reason find it difficult to use the newer tiny phones and it's cheap .

On the Negative:Cannot change the factory settings. Have not yet contacted seller about this.Volume nowhere near loud enoughSpeaker on phone back - so when not in use the ring tone is further diminished.SOS button problematic.WHY did I not return!Because it's the only phone my elderly, mentally disabled brother can use after a disaster with an expensive smart phone.So the PLUS side is that..It has some weight to itThe large buttons and flip screen are Dementia friendly.Overall - this phone is a great little spare but not for those who cannot use a mobile phone. It needs to be set for them and navigation is by intuition rather than instruction. The SOS will activate accidentally. Use of the phone assumes dexterity and no dementia. However, to have finally settled my relative with a phone he CAN use - must be given credit.EDIT - ONE MONTH LATERCannot hear anything from the caller - my relative very frustrated and has returned to old phone. I cannot fix it - so need a refund

Used for my kid's first phone. Very effective alert system in case of emergency. Way cheaper than most of the solutions for kids out there. And he is not tempted by games or anything as he would have been had i given him my old phone.

I have no obvious faults as I am still waiting for a sim card. The phone was purchased on the 25/05/24.

The general layout and operation of the phone is good but the instructions were pretty useless and it requires a lot of trial and error to set up. Fir me the greatest limitation was the low level received audio. The sales patter exposing how good the audio is, but my wife has hearing limitations and it was a serious disappointment in this respect. I see nothing about speakerphone on the phone or in the instructions. I’m seriously thinking about returning it.

Le compré éste teléfono a mi madre que es mayoe y ella no entiende los nuevos, solo lo usa para llamar y como ya no ve muy bien necesita que los números sean grandes y ella los ve muy bien, la batería dura bastante así no lo tiene que cargar todo el rato

Ho acquistato questo telefonino per anziani per regalarlo a mia nonna dato che il suo vecchio telefonino non funziona piú.Il telefonino è arrivato dopo pochi giorni, perfettamente imballato.Entrambi sia io e mia nonna siamo rimasti sorpresi, il telefono è molto bello , ed ha anche molte funzionalità come la torcia , la fotocamera che scatta delle ottime foto. C'è anche la possibilità di registrare dei video e ha anche il bluetooth.Lo speaker audio ha un livello molto alto , infatti si sente benissimo. Ha anche la radio infatti mia nonna collega le cuffiette auricolari e sente la radio comodamente seduta sul divano.

Il telefonino è abbastanza piccolo da non risultare ingombrante e abbastanza grande da rendere facile l'utilizzo a persone di tutte le età. Altri punti a favore sono la retroilluminazione dei tasti, la finzione automatica di blocco del tastierino, la possibilità di connetterci dispositivi bluetooth e torcia integrata.

Ho comprato questo cellulare per il lavoro, e devo ammettere che son veramente soddisfatto dall'acquisto.Piccole e leggero.Schermo bello luminoso.Volume forte, si sente benissimo anche in situazioni più rumorose.Consigliato.
