first off everything arrived undamaged and on time. The sound quality is great. The material isn't the strongest but as long as when you take them off you don't throw them against the wall or slam them down on the desk, they should last. Overall, a solid product and I am pleased with my purchases.

There is a very strange echo happening with all sounds coming through the headset. This is extremely noticeable when people are talking and very off-putting. I wouldn't have an issue with this if Cooler Master responded to my ticket created requesting assistance with finding out if it's a driver issue, selection issue, or if it is something wrong with the hardware, however, I have only gotten a response that the ticket was created, and no update from them after 3 days. Looks like I'll be returning this for a Logitech as I only bought this after my disappointment with two HyperX headsets.

Not sure if my head is too small or if I got a bad pair or what, but the pads on sides do not rest properly over my ears/on the side of my face. They also feel very heavy, which may be because it’s not sitting properly on my head. Too bad, because I love my other CoolerMaster headset (the MH-752, which are no longer available).

Absolutely sounds like garbage!!! Buy the MH-752 or MH-751 instead. Garbage product unless you stream and want to look cool
