It's very hard to get all the nutrition your body needs in this modern and stressful life, even when taking multiple supplements. I'm happy to say that this supplement gives you plenty of the vitamins and minerals that are difficult to find in our every day foods. I've noticed an increase in my activity and overall energy level. For me, that's enough to get five stars. The taste is not great, which is to be expected. Tastes like vitamin c and brown rice. Maybe don't add it to your favorite drink if you don't want to ruin how you feel about that drink. It is ok with drinks that are already acidic like orange juice, cranberry juice, but doesn't taste great with just water or milk. I find that whenever I add this to a smoothie, the liquid I use does not really matter if I use some freshly frozen pineapple. It tends to overpower the taste altogether due to the acid and sugar content. I'm sure there are many great combinations that you might find, but for me this is my go-to superfood smoothie combo that involves this supplement: 1/2 cup spinach, 1/2 cup kale, 8 oz liquid (joint juice, milk, or almond milk) 1 banana, 1 heaping spoonful of siggi's plain yogurt, 30g chia seeds, 30g ground flax seeds, 30g of protein powder, 15g of All One supplement (1 heaping tablespoon), 3/4 cup frozen fruit (50/50 mango and pineapple usually). The texture is not amazing but it tastes good enough to enjoy and helps sustain me throughout the day.

This has been my dependable immune system booster for many years now. To get it to mix thoroughly I put it in a bottle with orange juice, and just shake, shake, shake. Then down the hatch.

It really has no or a bland flavor. I add my morning orange flavored Metamucil to it, works out perfect. Been using it for over 5 years, switched recently to the Rice Based due to food allergies. I originally started using the Senior Formula which I still think is better than the regular formula. It was loaded up with everything you need. It's no longer sold - sad face.

I have studied vitamins somewhat and I totally believe that most multi-vitamins in pill form are a waste of time. Vitamins must be scientifically prepared and combined together as different ones are absorbed in different ways. All-one does a great job of this preparation. Mix the rice based with milk for a pleasing flavor. I just use a wisk for mixing as it is a little mixing challenge but a small deal. I take only a heaping teaspoon, about half the recommended dose. if your pee just turns bright yellow you are discharging the excess that your body doesn't absorb so it's wasteful. That way I double the 30 servings to 60! I really can feel the intake of this vitamin within minutes! I am not paid to say this in any way! My well-being is increased strongly with this product. Most products market like 'snake-oil' but I am telling you to try this product!

Do not get this product! It's not the original all one 50 vitamins & minerals. The picture shows the brown photo from original product. But what was receive was a white labeled package different from advertised photo and only has 25 victims and minerals. This is a copycat vitamin powder.

I bought this to add this to my morning drink to replace taking so many vitamin pills. Although it is unflavored, it still has a graininess and chalkiness about it that is not very pleasant. It also becomes too thick. I also found it a bit difficult to mix into liquid so I have to use a blender. And even after blending it, there is some left in the bottom of the mug or shake cup by the time you finish it. Which leaves me to wonder how it is digesting and assimilating if its not fully dissolving in the cup. Really wanted to like it, and really thought I found the answer of less vitamin pills going into my 60's. I Might try and mix it in a smoothie, at least to finish off the container. Will have to do some more research. Disappointed and it's not cheap.

As far as taste: it's good. Add your own favorite creamers or flavors.. you'll probably have to experiment. I did. I got unflavored and added my keto chocolate powder, or sugar free chocolate syrup..even sugar free chocolate coffee creamer...I sometimes have a diet root beer as a treat and I even added a little bit of root beer to this and coconut milk and it was awesome..taste reminded me of a root beer float.Energy: I often have anemia and I just had my iron infusions but the energy wasn't coming back so I found this and tried it and I could tell an amazing difference the next day! I plan to keep in this. I almost went for the Senior blend but I read the reviews and one lady mentioned that the rice was smoother and creamier. I love it.

I am a vegan and have been buying this product in the smaller 30 day supply size for years. I was very happy to see that they have a 66 day supply -- Why 66 days and not 60? Good question BUT I am not complaining. I took this product with me to Mexico because I am living in a resort for 3 weeks and there was limited things that I could eat. Wanting to get all the things my body needs to stay healthly, made this product all the more important to a wholesome round of needed amino-acids.All-One has no flavors, colors or fillers but don't expect it to not change the taste of your morning juice. It does NOT make your juice taste bad, rather it adds a gritty texture and tones down sweetness (if that makes sense)But what do you expect -- it is a supplement not a flavor enhanser. Also, be sure to mix it throughly with a shaker cup because the powder of the formula is very fine and can easely be inhaled (I know, I have done this a couple times).I trust ALL-ONE for all my supplement needs and recommend to to everyone -- whether you are a vegan or not.
