Q: How do you wash the cloth body?

We have machine washed ours several times on delicate (placing the doll inside a pillow case first). Going on 8 years with 3 different calin dolls. All holding up well.

Q: Are the nostrils visibly uneven?

Yes, I think they are a little uneven. I showed my mom, and she thought they were too. I thought maybe I received a second or something, but then you look closely at the pictures online and you do notice the unevenness. It seems kind of odd for a Corolle doll. I'm wondering if the quality is in decline. This doll was made in China, and the plastic seems a little oranger in color and than the other two Calin dolls I have. But, I did keep the doll; my daughter loves her, and she is still pretty cute. She is as pictured:)

Q: Does the hat come off?

Yes, it does! Hat is made of same soft material as her sleeper.
