Slight learning curve to use
Worked as advertised. You need to vary speed and pressure till you find the sweet spot. Had a 40 year old full 6" body stripe on my car. Removed it in about 5 hours. Some spots left a bit of residue which was pretty easy to remove. Only took 1 wheel to do the entire car and still plenty left

It works!
This product was fantastic and was very helpful for a difficult job! Our decals were old, brittle and flaking and this product did the trick to remove them from our pontoon boat. Well worth the purchase.

Just spend the money
I only got this item because I was in a bind and I needed the attachment piece that came with the wheel. It’s not as good as the 3M but it’ll work with some effort. Just buy the better brand and wait

Works, with a learning curve...
This is a very handy tool to have for removing old pinstripes or vinyl graphics from vehicles. In my experience it works best with a variable speed drill that you can adjust to the specific need. Some thicker materials tend to need a higher speed, whereas newer or thinner materials come of with a lower speed. You really need to get just the right speed and pressure for the best results. This really saves a lot of work on more degraded vinyls that break apart when trying to remove them, especially when a heat gun isn't available or practical to use.

This works great!
A long time ago, I got my first one of these types of adhesive removers, and let me say it's a great tool for the toolbox.I finally wore mine out and needed a new one. They come in different styles of surface, like the smooth one, or a lug or gear style. I have used all 3 and prefer this style the best. It will definitely remove decals, adhesive and stuff.I will warn you of this, DO NOT USE THIS ON YOUR BUMPER!!!! It is not meant to be used on polyurethane bumpers. It will take the paint right off! These are meant for taking decals etc off of metal and painted surfaces without harming the paint.Another word of caution, do not just throw this in your high speed drill and go to town. They have an RPM range that they are meant to work in, and it takes a minute sometimes but it will get the job done. Just be patient. This is a handy tool to have on hand and after you use one the first time, you will be buying another one I promise you.

Removed old decals from enclosed trailer
I purchased a used enclosed trailer that had decals on it from the previous owners company. I couldn't get them off by heat or peeling, and when I tried careful scraping it started to damage the paint. That is when I ordered this - and put it in my drill and tried it. It started to take off the decal (try different speeds until you get to the one that works best) - with hundreds of little pieces flying in the air - Wear eye and breathing protection! This wheel wears away quickly while removing the decal, and pieces go flying - but this thing works - it took the whole wheel to get off the two decals I had (6" x 24" large lettering). I am sure the wheel would have lasted much longer just removing pinstripes or small lettering. The main thing is that it removed the decals and left the paint intact.

Works, but will need cleanup after use
The media could not be loaded. Item looks well made and should last a long time. I have used these type wheels extensively in the past but of a different brand. Please forgive my video as I was trying to use the wheel to remove the original decals off of a 1986 Toyota Pickup using one hand to record with my phone and the other to operate the drill with the wheel. It does work but compared to the other brand wheel I have used this one leaves a lot of residue that will require a little work to have a clean finish. I used rubbing alcohol and a rag for that task and follow up with some cleaner or wax. I had to ding it a star for the extra time involved in cleanup of the residue left behind. For the asking price it is fairly priced if you need some old decals removed.

Was quicker using hot soapy water and finger nails
brought this to remove decal from my motorbike wheels , didn't really work on them , found it quicker and easier to be patient and use hot soapy water and just keep picking , did hurt my fingers though :-(.but I would not recommend for bike wheel rims , maybe its ok on a big flat surface

Good for decal removal, gums up with glue
It removed decal well but gummed up with adhesive under decal. Applied Goo Gone and let sit and then then scraped it off with a razor blade scraper.

did the job..
I purchased a used cargo trailer that used to have a company logo on the side many years ago. The vinyl was removed but the adhesive outline was left. It removed the adhesive but the paint was discoloured underneath bleh......It cleared a good 3 sft with no noticeable wear, I bet this could clear a large area before "wearing out".
