Q: What is the base like? Is it flimsy or can a child comfortably sit in it? Thanks

I have used this all summer carrying saddles and my two young children. It’s really good. It’s strong, and the canopy is a good addition as if it’s raining or sunny or shelters them. I do use a small pillow behind their backs whilst sitting in it just for comfort but they don’t complain when I don’t have the pillow. Great buy.

Q: I have received my item today but the canopy (including the uprights) are not in my package. It clearly states several times that they’re included?

Mine were included, however my canopy was damaged, but replaced when reported.
