This product saves my hips from getting stiff when sitting. A huge benefit.

I had one of these before but somehow misplaced it. These are excellent for rehab. I have MS and was doing exercises with my physio using one of these so I thought I'd buy one so I can do more of them at home. It's also quite nice to sit on when I'm using my laptop at a table as I find it helps with my posture.

I was about to buy a saddle stool to try to make sitting more comfortable, especially when playing the guitar. (I even looked at drum thrones, but the seats are ginormous for my teeny bum). Anyway, I decided to try this as a cheaper option first. It's a bit chilly to sit on, but I love that I can do some pelvis rocks while sitting so that I'm not fixed in position. I have it on a hard wooden bench, which works better than a softer chair (which seems to absorb the wobble). I'm using it at the computer only as I came up with another solution for the guitar – a large cork yoga block so that I can sit on the floor on it, shins down but without crushing my feet or calves. On my dining chair, I have a cushion that integrates back support and a contoured seat. So, what I seem to have learned is that variety of sitting options means you get plenty of movement options and don't fall into a fixed position for all activities.

This cushion had a very positive effect on my posture. Haven't had it long enough to say if it relieves pain, but hope that it will.Delivery was punctual and packaging was good.

I like the relaxed feel of sitting on it with free movement, I find it comforting and comfortable. I tried one at my chiropractors and realised the benefits of having one at home for sitting long periods of time at table/desk.

I received the item almost flat. Nothing to inflate it with. I had bought it because a friend had it and I tried it and it was very comfortable for sitting and relieved my hip pain. However, when it arrived in the box it was almost flat so not as comfortable. Not sure what to do with this now

Although it's not the most comfortable thing in the world, it does provide correct sitting posture.

Kissen sehr gut und hält vor allem die eingepumpte Luft im Gegensatz zu einem Konkurrenzprodukt. Allerdings habe ich bei der Bestellung übersehen, dass irgendwo der Hinweis stand "ohne Pumpe". Daher dauerte es noch 4 Tage bis zur ersten Benutzung.
