I buy these epsom salts in bulk as we add a generous handful to every bath and use them to make bath salts (with sea salt or rock salt and fragrance oils) Compared to the tiny containers the pharmacy usually has available these are incredibly good value for money

Been using Epsom Salts for years now, great way to get magnesium, as it is easier to absorb through the skin (as opposed to taking tablets) Really good to be able to by 25kg, means we have a good stock to use it as and when we want, and also better value for money. Used in the bath and a bowl for a foot soak. Great for aches and pains too. Bought before and will continue to buy as long as the quality and price remain good.

So relaxing. I put a cup full in my bath and relax for 30mins or so. When I get out I feel absolutely amazing and ready for my bed. So much product for little cost. Will definitely buy again.
