This item was a Christmas gift, sent by Amazon directly to my brother-in-law in Montana, so I haven't actually seen it for real. My BIL is a custom home designer/fine finish carpenter so it seemed a bit odd to be sending him something like this, since he could make himself one that would be high quality and customized to his needs. But, as with the mechanic whose car doesn't run, it's one of those things he wouldn't get around to building. I'm pleased, then, that the report from Montana is that it's quite nice. Sure, it's not 'fine furniture' or anything, but it's well made for the price and does the job it's designed for.

So, after banging my head on my desk for days trying to figure out how to build a Lego Mini figure display, I stumbled upon a larger golf ball display that someone had turned into a Lego display. I then visited my trusty ol Amazon and saw these for a steal of TEN BUCKS!!! I immediately ordered two of them.These came very well packaged ( Styrofoam on each corner in the box) , and what I think is a great quality! I mean, they are 10 bucks, I didn't expect perfection, but I got very close to it with this product. Both of my displays had no cosmetic or structural damage to them!Fast forward to my DIY time.You may be wondering how I hid the little indention for the golf balls. If you simply flip over the display, the bottom surface is completely flat!Popping the back of the display was tricky. It took me a while but it was doable. I ended up having the best results with a small flat head screw driver. I used some primer, and spray paint from wally world to achieve the colors. Sealed it with a gloss sealer. It is not seeming like it will scratch off super easily. The back of the display is just some simple Contact paper I applied to the back of the display, from good ol wally world too.Seriously, so super easy! Now, I will let my photo speak for itself. I can't tell you how many mini figures it will fit, but I imagine it will be ALLOT!

This is the perfect gift for a golfer who golfs a lot of different courses and collects a ball from each. My husband had purchased one years ago and then our travels brought the ball count up to 34…. no more room as it holds only 25… so I got him another for Christmas… only problem… the 2 don’t match exactly.. the first one is a mahogany color and the new one darker and not reddish, even tho’ the description says mahogany!! Sooo… if you think eventually you’ll need to have 2… order both now.

attention to details on the slight indent for ball to sit on.. pretty well made and reasonable price with delivery from amazon. i must say i am impress. while its not my one -in-ones display( i don't have) its for those 18h i go through without losing a ball goes to this hall of fame !!

This is one of the best gifts I’ve ever given my husband. He loves golf and will collect balls from courses he’s played at that are special. It was so easy to put on the wall and it’s a really great quality!

I planned on buying one of these shelf’s that held about 50-100 golf balls but realized that would take awhile to collect that many balls so got this 30 ball holder until I have over 30 balls and need to buy a bigger one and it’s perfect
