Decent product
Typical size, so its easy to swallow, no real taste and its effect is either noticed right away or over the course of a couple of days. No stomach complaints from taking it and it does help. Not sure how quickly it dissolves, its not like super cheap stuff that can sit in water over night and be intact.

Great two-for-one price deal
I've been taking the Nature's Bounty Vitamin D-3 supplements for some time and have been happy with the results so when I started a Vit B12 regimen, I decided to go with the same brand. Vitamin B12 has several benefits, i.e. helping increase one's energy, promoting heart health, etc. I found this two-pack deal to be very affordably-priced as this supplement can be expensive in some other brands. Each bottle contains 100 tablets of 1000 mcg, so this price offered here on Amazon gets you two packs (200 tablets in total). The tablets are coated for easy swallowing. Note: These are not sublingual B12 supplements, but regular B12 supplements. I've been taking them for a while and it has improved my energy level.
