Cuisinart CTG-00-DPW Dual Head Pastry Wheel

Well constructed and does the job well. The handle is comfortable and I like having both blades on one utensil. I know things last longer if you hand wash, but I love that this goes through the dishwasher no problem. I’d be interested in buying other versions with different cutters to get more creative when making ravioli.

This is a really nice pastry wheel. It's a nice size and weight, has a good feel to it and cuts smoothly.

I love the small wheel size and the two cutting pattern options. It cuts perfectly and is nice and sharp, easy to clean and store. I would buy again.

This is a pretty kitchen tool that feels really solid and well built. I used it to make lattice and braids for pie crusts. The blades are SUPER sharp—I always roll my crusts out on wax paper, and this cut through the crust AND the paper with hardly any pressure. It says it’s dishwasher safe although they recommend hand washing… mine went through the dishwasher with no problems.

I bought these because I'm starting to make my own GF crackers etc. I thought having the choice between a straight cut or a fancy crinkle cut was worth the extra dollar to two from just a straight cut. I used it to make straight cut squares and it's very smooth and an easy grip. It's a Cuisinart so there is quality there.
