Yes and it is garbage. They also won’t honor manufacturers warranty if you buy from Amazon

Sorry, I would not be using it for that purpose. Check out the vaporization temperature of alcohol compared to water.

Q: make medical-grade water?

I don’t know if it’s medical grade but we do use it in our CPAP machines with no problems.
