Good for extra support
e been taking this magnesium supplement for a few weeks now, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in my sleep and muscle soreness. Best Magnesium Complex
I have purchased this Magnesium supplement multiple times and found that they are the best Magnesium Complex out there. They aleveate my leg muscle pain and my restless legs. I also sleep much better when I am taking these consistently. The capsules are small and very easy to swallow.

My daughter had me pick this up for her… she thinks this is great! I recently purchased a different brand and have had great success. I may try these next time. Better price, and you take one. Mine, you take two and still have less milligrams and less quantity. This one is a great deal!!

No more Night Cramps
The 500 mg dose prevents having night cramps for me. Dosing is an individual thing, but for me I need the 500 mg. I also introduce dill pickle juice about 3 ounces if I can feel during the day or evening signs of cramping. Using both for me Puts me at ease to getting a good nights sleep.
