This is very good flour. I made my regular recipe for dinner rolls and cinnamon rolls and they turned out great. In addition, this business stands behind their product. I encourage you to try this flour.

Great product. I love baking with spelt flour to reduce the gluten content and love the digestibility of sprouted spelt even more. This is a great price for such good quality flour. An it's organic. Couldn't be better.

I bake bread every week and have done so for years. I have now ordered a number of five-pound bags of this excellent spelt flour. It is consistent in quality and great for bread making. My general daily bread recipe calls for a mix of spelt and whole wheat, but with every loaf I am adding more spelt and less whole wheat, and the bread just gets better and better! Highly recommend.

This flour is great! I love that it is sprouted making it more nutritious and easier on the stomach. I am also happy to be supporting our U.S. growers making wholesome things.

It is a really great sub for wholemeal flour in brown soda bread. I use 50% plain and 50% sprouted spelt. Can't taste a difference between that and regular flour. I am going to increase the percent I use of it to see what the texture is like.Definitely recommend.

Had been using Arrowhead organic spelt flour to make my bread but took a chance on this sprouted spelt and the bread didn't turn out and the taste wasn't nearly as good as the Arrowhead flour. I won't buy again.

The label with nutrition values is completely off!!! I am on a competition prep where every calories counts and every gram of carbs counts, so imagine how furious I was after having figured out that the stats on the label are impossible to be correct - but after I have used it already based on the values listed.
