Is the screen supposed to light up? Cuz mine does not and i cant see because of it. It is like the game is off even though its on.

It's very easy & fun for fishing enthusiasts or anyone looking to have some exciting cast & reel action without having to leave the house! Turn on the game, choose your level of difficulty, cast the reel & wait to see if you have hooked a fish on your line - it could tug, escape, struggle - just like real fishing. Once you've hooked your fish, start to reel it in by spinning the handle until you've captured the catch of the day. Each fish is worth a different amount of pounds. The pole will add up your total pounds at the end & even show your best catch of the day. This is a one player game but to challenge a friend there is a "new game" button that can be activated for each new player. Compare your pounds to see who had the biggest catch of the day. No it doesn’t talk. Vibrates when you have a bite and then you have to read the screen to see what you caught.
