Q: Is there a way to get another tempered glass side panel? Mine shattered in a million pieces

You will have to contact the manufacturer of the case, Montech.

Q: Does this case support push pull (fans+rad+fans) on the top mounting location?

From a quick look in my machine, I don't think it has enough clearance. Maybe if you got fancy and put one set of fans on the outside top off the case it would work, but I am not sure that is an aesthetic you would want.

Q: How do I change the rgb colors?

Button on the top of the case, next to the power button let’s you cycle the RGB options.
