I wanted to share my experience with the Lloyd 1.0 Ton 3 Star Inverter Split AC (Model: GLS12I3FWAEV/WAEA) that I purchased in May 2023. Initially, I was excited about my purchase, but soon after, I started encountering some significant issues. Within a week of using the AC, I noticed an unpleasant odor every time I turned it on. Over time, the problem worsened, and the AC began emitting a foul smell consistently. Additionally, an error message related to cleaning was displayed on the unit's screen. Concerned about these issues, I reached out to Lloyd's customer support for assistance. A service executive was sent to my home to address the problem. They performed a thorough cleaning of the AC unit and assured me that the issue had been resolved. For a short period, the smell seemed to disappear due to cleaning with shampoo. Unfortunately, the problem resurfaced shortly after the service visit, despite my hopes that it had been resolved. I made several follow-up complaints with your customer support team, and each time, a service executive visited my home, but the issue persisted. On a few occasions, I was informed that my AC unit would be taken to the workshop for further examination, but nobody ever arrived to collect it. Feeling frustrated and inconvenienced by the lack of progress, I decided to seek assistance from a local technician to inspect and repair the AC unit, with the intention of covering the cost myself. To my dismay, the local technician informed me that the issue was not due to a lack of maintenance but rather a fault within the AC unit itself. He recommended that the AC unit needed to be replaced, as no amount of servicing could eliminate the persistent smell. I reached out to Lloyd's customer care once again to discuss the issue and explore possible solutions. However, I have not received any response or assistance from the Llyod team, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with the level of support and service provided. Given my experience and the ongoing issues with my Lloyd AC unit, I am now hesitant to invest any further in Llyod products. I hope my feedback can shed light on the challenges I've faced and encourage improvements in Llyod customer support and product quality.

Best AC in this price Range. Go for it you won't regret your decision 1. Its noise level is awesome sooooo quiet... 2.More than enough for around 12*12 room,it's 40% efficiency and med fan speed and 28°c is enough for give you chills...(for 2 people in room with low activity). 3.Quick and easy remote control 4.The ac is pretty advanced in features, looks good on the wall and is quite efficient in cooling in the hot summers 5.I think it is a value for money pack for 30K . 6.3rd day delivery by Amazon & same day installation by LLOYD and instalation charges very reasonable compare to other's 7.Overall happy with this product and recommend to others Thanks a lot LLOYD...💐💐💐

Best quality and nice performance

Mr. Akshay, the technician, completed the installation on 13th July, and I must say, he did an outstanding job. From assisting and guiding us throughout the installation process to enhancing the overall appearance, his work was commendable. Though we had to pay a little extra for components like copper wire, it was definitely worth it. It's been over 10 days since the installation, and we are delighted with the performance. The air conditioner operates smoothly with minimal noise, and it cools our 150 sq. ft. area remarkably quick. We highly recommend his services - 100% recommended! for this price range

Product is good..it been a year we are using this ac. Worth to buy..but might installation charges may be vary as per the guy who came for installation. Otherwise ac is good.
