They look good, they're light.They're hard to wash, the dishwasher, or leaving them in water, will mess them up, and when they dry the wood begins to crack.It's best to hand scrub them with a small amount of water, which is a bit too much effort just for an eggcup.

Wooden egg cups as advertised but for who and what type of egg. I've been looking for small egg cups for monthsand after reading I've or two reviews I thought these turned beech wood cups would be worth a chance. On openingI realised I'd hit the jackpot perfect for quail eggs. After a quick treatment of tung oil and leaving for a week to curethey were used for my first boiled quail egg, a short affair but so worth the wait. If you're expect a chicken egg cupyou'll be very upset as these are not for large eggs. The turning quality is good I rubbed mine down with a fine sandpaper and then an oil treatment. If you really want to be clever glue two on a chosen plate and you've got a stablebase and room for another mouthful. Well worth the money and very rare to find anything suitable for quails eggs.Be warned that they are not for hen eggs of any size of shape.

Looked lovely when arrived. Put two through the dishwasher and have come out a bit bigger and less shiny than the others so will probably need to put the others through to even them up. Cheap and cheerful though

a little rough on the inside and not polished, the bevel on the base is quite large too, would look better with a deeper fillet. Can't complain at the price though and these would be ideal for adding your own finish to

These were a lovely little stocking present for Xmas this year. Very nice quality and a reasonable price.Lost a star because the packaging was a bit plasticy and bad quality, unlike the product itself.If you're not fussed about that thou, go for it. It's only an egg cup...

But not very practical re washing, being made of wood.

Basic. Simple, Robust. Even survived the dishwasher many times. Only minor gripe is that wood makes it slightly harder to remove dried on yolk... but can hardly complain for the price.

These are clearly not designed for U.K. eggs unless you eat quails eggs ... very small in size. The egg in the picture is only a medium size egg.
