This supplement relies heavily on Vit A and E to improve skin health. I like how it has a simple fact list as well as how easy its softgels are to take. However, I find that myself a bit hesitant with it since it is not organic. As I grow older, I find needing more of these supplements to keep myself healthy and choosing the right ones can be an important decision factor. I've been taking it so far and no harmful side effects so far.

The pills do work overtime, about three weeks for me, and have really paired well with my other skin/hair treatments of late. The color of my skin has improved, my hair grows faster, and my nails are tougher so I would have to say this works as advertised.

I've been taking these Clear Skin gel caps from Innate Skin Health for several weeks. At first, my skin did get a little worse, but has seemed to improve since then. Wrinkles and breakouts are no fun, so I'm happy to have a natural remedy with these supplements. The improvement I'm seeing is nothing miraculous, but I'm happy even for a modest bit of help. The bottle was well-sealed and the gel caps are easy to take. I have trouble swallowing pills, but no issue with these. I do wish the full dose was in a single capsule, but then it would be too big to take comfortably. All of the nutrients included here are those that are reportedly helpful for skin, among other benefits. This one month supply is relatively affordable.

I'm among the older generation, but still have an occasional breakout. It's pretty bad to have wrinkles and pimples!I thought I would try these supplements to fight the breakouts that pop up once in a while. After reading the ingredients, I could see everything was, indeed, geared toward healthier skin.So, I just got these a couple of days ago. So I can tell if they're really helpful, I will wait for a breakout, then start taking them to see if they make a difference.Ideally, I'm sure it would be a good idea to take daily to prevent breakouts. After the initial breakout, I will do that.Its too soon for me to make any recommendations for this product. If they work well, I'll be sure to update this review.

Stopped taking after I started to break out more!

I feel so bad that this acne gel is not working. It gave me more acnes and break-outs. I took only 2 times and I noticed that the next day it gave me more break-outs. I am struggling with acnes and I was super excited to get this but it didn't work on me. Maybe because I am also stressed out and doesn't have much sleep, this could probably the cause that it didn't work.
