The terminals on the batteries do not firmly attach to the Go Go Elite Spade Connectors
I ordered new batteries for Go Go Elite Traveller from Electronics UK. The spade connectors would not attach firmly to the terminals as there are no holes in the centre. I returned them as not fit for purpose. Electronics UK will not give me a full refund. They deducted £6 for their postage and will not cover my return postage. They will not listen to me and reject my comments.

having given the full details of my mobility scooter the batteries that arrived did not fit and therefore it was a sheer waste of time ordered them. Would not recommend this company at all.
