Perfectly OK instrument and as described on the website. However, and I've found this with other ukulele manufacturers, the setup was less than satisfactory in terms of nut and saddle height/action. Also I think it not too much to ask for some attempt at saddle intonation. Having said this after sending an afternoon 'putting it right' the little uke played very well and with a pleasing tone. I would recommend this instrument to others without hesitation. Any beef that I have is directed to the manufacturers and their decision to look to costs rather than customer satisfaction. I very much feel that people should be encouraged to make music and the better the instrument then the less people will give up at the first hurdle.

I'm sure I only paid about half the current price so I have no complaints whatsoever. Turns out it's a reallt nice uke, too.Lowering the saddle made a huge difference to the sound, tuning & playability - wish I'd figured that out sooner! It's now got a nice, full sound and stays in tune really well. It's finished well, too, with smooth fret edges and the white trim. It does arrive in a flimsy cardboard box, however, so fingers crossed you get a decent courier.

a truly excellent and beautiful instrument, magnificently produced with a beautiful sound. bought one for a friend who adores ukuleles and I loved it so much that I decided to buy myself one :)

This was a present for my Husband from the family for Christmas and he is extremely happy with it, Great tone.

The tenor size has made playing a lot easier
