So, my daughter told us about these type of waffles and we had to get a maker. I saw this mix and ordered it the same day so we could make them right away on Mother's day when they came. It was super easy to use (just add water) and tasted great. Just like the kind you get at the frozen yogurt places. It does take some practice and timing but delish once you get it right. My only gripe is the expense. It's SO pricey! BUT, after we got through a whole package I tried an online recipe that claimed it was "the best one" and it just wasn't the same goodness. Also, you gotta separate eggs and whip them in to peaks and a bunch of steps. Even though they were very good in flavor they didn't have the same crispy texture. Lemme just eat some bubble waffles quick please :-) I have to say, for convenience and flavor it's worth the pricey tag. I'm back for a second bag now. Pro tips: We are a family of 4 and cut the SMALLER recipe they give on the package in half and it's plenty. You don't want to waste any so cut the recipe down. Easy to figure out. In our (Amazon bought) white typical bubble maker we fill it, cook for 1 minute, flip unit over and cook 1.5 more minutes. DO NOT forget to use a spray first. We like the cheap vegetable oil mister type. Also, be sure when you are filling your maker that the batter is touching everywhere so they come out in one nice big piece.
