I started buying my dog Himalayan Chhuri Yak milk chews in 2014 when I got them through his groomer who specialized in all things organic and natural. This was not a mainstream product for dogs yet, as they didn't gain popularity until the original Nepalese makers came to America to pitch their product on Shark Tank. Since then every farmer in America has gotten on the bandwagon and mixed dairy cow milk into the blend. Yak milk and dairy cow milk has different molecular makeup, Yak milk has significantly less lactose than dairy cow milk, and the difference also creates a lower quality flakey chew. I have been trying different brands over the last 4 years and the quality keeps worsening. Raw Paws are the REAL DEAL! No flaking, no breaking if dropped, and last 3x's longer than the top-selling brands. When you have a dog with food allergies and breed that is known to be lactose intolerant, it really makes a difference. I have now put them on my subscribe & save delivery.

My dogs love these but for some reason avoids the ones that look like they are end pieces. They won’t touch them until I puff them up in the microwave. I can only think maybe those pieces are to hard

I would highly recommend these Yak treats. I have 2 Jack Russell terriers who will spend hours chewing on these! They not only last a long time but are well worth the money for the chewability and no clean up!!

Note that this is a higher % Yak milk than other products offered. It seems like that is a denser or harder bone to chew. I'm not certain as it might be less tasty for my dog. Either way it lasts longer than some of the other brands. It's also a bit shorter but again it seems to take longer to chew even though.

These are by far the softest yak she’s we’ve tried. Other brands last us a week, these lasted 1.5 hours. I think they’re messier too, he had residue all over his legs. He’s a 9 mo lab so he’s a tough chewer, but these are too expensive to not last long :(

These must have a very similar ratio blend of ingredients as Native Pet YAk Chews. Those seemed to last me the longest, until I found Raw Paws! Better price and equal (if not better) quality & chew time.
