Highly recommend the product.
I highly recommend this recliner. It is sleek but still very comfortable and stylish. It is worth the price. It is light weight & good quality. It is easy to assemble.

Very comfortable. Delivery and installation was smooth
I highly recommend this recliner to anyone in need of a comfortable and stylish addition to their living space. The combination of its comfort, easy delivery, and installation make it a fantastic choice. What really impressed me was the smoothness of the delivery and installation process. The recliner arrived well before time, and the delivery personnel were efficient and courteous. The installation was a breeze, and I was able to start enjoying my new recliner almost immediately. I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and the overall experience.

Not for seniors
I ordered this for my aged parent. They needed to elevate their legs while watching TV. This product unfortunately automatically leans the back rest as well and makes watching TV impossible. It's also very difficult for an aged person to sit on and get up from this recliner. When I requested a return of the product, the seller flatly refused saying it's against the return policy unless there's a manufacturing defect. We will try to donate it to some relatives who can hopefully use it. If you are buying this for an older person, don't waste your money.

One of the best product in this price range
The product comes just as advertise, nice and comfy, easy to install, although they are supposed to send installation team, they didn't, so we ended up doing that ourselves. Customer support and after sale support- there is lot of room for improvement. But their product is as good as it comes in this budget. Buy without fear, you won't regret it. Cheers.

Not great
Writing this review after 18 months. Would not recommend Sleepyhead mainly because of service availability post warranty. During warranty, they replace the product if there is an issue but post warranty, they do not have any service support, not even paid service. Quality is not great as well. Arm rest started coming off after few months of use.

Why I chose this recliner.
I got this recliner for my mother who has rheumatoid arthritis. She loves this recliner. She can pull the knob to raise her legs while she is still in a comfortable sitting position. When she so desires, she pushes the back of the recliner to an even more relaxing position. These itwo ndependent movements were important for us. Other recliners move the headrest backwards even as the feet are raised up. This wouldn't have suited my mother. This recliner is sleek and yet comfortable.
