Loud & clear!
I bought the pair of 6.5s, paired them with the nvx vad8402 amp, played a bit with the frequency knob/bass & gain of the amp and I got them to sound awesome, also paired with my ecoxgear soundbar and 8 inch sub.. they have plenty of mid bass range and highs.. if you add a good amp, the will sound awesome & loud.. they are well made for what they are, definitely recomend!

Can’t believe the quality for the money.
Just hooked these up to my home stereo to test before installing on the boat. Using my 1970 era Panasonic home amp pushing 30 watts a side these puppies performed magnificently. I can’t wait to hook these up to my Rockville dBM50 and really see how these perform.

Pretty good!
Originally they weren't loud when I installed them , figured out the issue was the amp and now I can actually hear my music behind the boat, take it doesn't sound loud when your being towed but everyone else on the lake will be able to hear the music as well!
