I order this for my daughter for her college graduation. She will graduate at 50 years old.However it arrived with a small chip in it. I contacted the company and within 2 weeks I received another one!! And it was perfect. Very nice for a teacher desk. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Easy to order, quality product

I ordered personalized desk name plate with a photo for my nephew who graduated to become a doctor this week. Expected delivery was between March 15-March 29. With a 2-week delivery window, I expected it to come towards March-end, especially because personalized items do take time.We had a big get together planned for March 15 evening. I secretly hoped and wished that the name plate got delivered before the party. And unbelievably, it did!!!! What an incredible timing!The material, size, quality of photo and name - everything was done perfectly. When I presented it to my nephew, everyone in the room loved it. It was an instant hit. My nephew was overjoyed to see his ‘first’ name plate as a Doctor.I totally recommend this product to make such occasions more memorable.I have so many pictures. However sadly it’s not letting me upload them here.

Product arrived intact and very fast, about 10 days with expedited shipping. Great quality product with clear picture. Make sure to send a good quality photo because this will affect the finished product. Very satisfied. Don not buy from this seller. I bought multiple and the clarity in all is fuzzy, meaning the acrylic is not good quality. One came damaged as you can see. How are we to give a damaged gift to someone. Furthermore there is no refund or returns possible. Just disappointed, for the amount they charge it's not at all worth it.
