Sorry, if you're looking for assurance that purchasing this expensive 4-dimmer, scroll on...you won't like this review. Do the dimmers work? Yes. Could they be purchased for a fraction of the price from a different manufacturer, yes. Amazon previously censored my past review of a year ago with some vague stuff about adhering to guidelines so, I expect, this review won't see the light of day either. My major issue with this product is that the knobs are eliptical (oval) not round. How (on earth) can it be so difficult for the manufacturer to simply supply it with round knobs. Contacted the manufacturer and was told it was amazon...not them. You figure it out...because, if I elaborate, amazon won't publish my review.

Good solid plate, bought to replace a more traditional flat plate with screw fixings. It does not quite fit flush with wall without cutting away more of the plaster around it. In hind sight should have replaced like with like.

60W Minimum! Don't miss this and get caught out like I did. Very nice looking product, and felt well built, much better than another popular dimmer for LEDs. Worked great with my halogens, but not with the LEDs - these buzzed horribly, but they are only 22w total, so not compatible. Returned, but it's still a nice product. Hopefully someone will sell the Schnieder LED compatible dimmer on Amazon soon.

Paid a lot for this switch because my previous one had let me down and I wanted to avoid a reoccurrence. After 10 months, one of the switches (the one used the most obviously) started to not work sometimes. You press it and nothing happens. After another month it only works around 40% of the time. I’m going to have to compka8n and hope they refund me because I now need yet another switch. I paid £18.76 a year ago, it’s now almost £40 - they are having a laugh - avoid!!

Great looking dimmer switch, does what it says on the tin. Just don't be dumb like me and buy it to control LED (dimmable) bulbs, you need a different version for that.

Very nice quality switch and works perfectly, but the faceplate size was smaller than described (as 95mm square but is actually 90mm). This meant it didnt quite cover the 'footprint' left on the wall by the old switch, so I had to repaint the margin.
