Pretty good would recommend
I didn't really have much expectations when I ordered these, but they work well and aren't uncomfortable.I have always quite liked a well fitted shirt but they would always become untucked quite quickly, this just neatly pulls it back into place nice and simple

Works wonderfully my only qualm is that the buckles are made of metal and this can be very uncomfortable when sitting as they stick into you I have had put pads on them to stop this.

these do in fact adjust pretty well to even smaller womens' sizing!if you're especially slim, the thigh elastic will likely need shortening; I personally wouldn't go below 45cm thigh circumference if you want them to actually sit still without alterations. I'm petite in height and found that the vertical straps could be further shortened easily by looping them around the thigh band for a better fit.
